Dana Kostishack is an Associate Broker Manager with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in the real estate industry. She is also a proud mother of three adult daughters,  who have excelled and flourished in their business careers.

Dana’s real estate journey began in 1998, where she developed a strong foundation in title underwriting and closing processes. By 2005, she transitioned to becoming a Licensed REALTOR® in the Greater Pittsburgh region, achieving over $50 million in sales and successfully closing more than 400 transactions.

Her expertise in navigating market trends and negotiating high-value contracts quickly established her as a top performer. Dana’s dedication to providing clients with expert guidance and streamlined closings built a loyal customer base that continues to trust her leadership.

Since joining Howard Hanna Real Estate Leadership team as an Associate Broker and  Manager in 2015, Dana has led teams across the West Suburban, East Suburban, and Monroeville regions.

She has developed comprehensive training programs, for newly licensed sales associates, ensuring they build strong foundations for lasting success.
